Back in June we posted an article of what was then just hype for the Lexus hoverboard. A good portion of the internet thought it was a hoax but the luxury car company promised proof of their working 'hoverboard'. Finally that proof has surfaced and it's in the form of a video of skaters using the futuristic board. The board works from a series of magnets and superconductors that are cooled by liquid nitrogen thus giving it the hover effect. There are a few setbacks though, the board only works at the custom skatepark that Lexus built in Spain and you have to refill the nitrogen every 10 minutes. Even though it works, the board still has a ton of room for improvement but for right now, it's lifting the Lexus name high and bringing more light to the brand. It's dope to see such a futuristic idea come to life, check out the video and tell us what you think!
